Behavior Levels for the C-16 Community Please keep this as a reminder for the student and you, the parent, as to what level of behaviors are expected for the classroom community of Room C-16. The behaviors are monitored by both teacher and student.
Level 4 Behavior
On task at all times: no reminders for the entire work session; work completed on
time and done neatly; time used effectively; self-motivated; assisted
others when needed; actively participated in group work; positive attitude Level 3 Behavior
On task 90% of time:
1-2 reminders for the work session; work completed on time and done neatly;
time used effectively;
self-motivated;
assisted others when needed;
actively participated in group work;
positive attitude Level 2 Behavior
On task 75% of time:
3 reminders for the work session; work completed but not on time; mediocre time
management;
unfocused/ socializes;
disturbs others;
part-time group worker;
mediocre attitude Level 1 Behavior Off task: more than 4 reminders during the work session; work is late and sloppy; poor time management; unfocused/ unmotivated; disturbs others; uncooperative group worker; negative attitude |
